Cookie Policy Turbinezon®
This cookie policy is part of our general privacy policy. Like most other websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people use Turbinezon®. That way we can keep improving our platform. We have developed this cookie policy to provide you with clear and explicit information about the technologies we use on Turbinezon®, and about the choices you have when it comes to those technologies. If you choose to use the Application and allow the use of cookies and other technologies described below, you consent to us using these cookies and other technologies, as well as any personal information we collect in accordance with this Cookie Policy and the other provisions of our privacy policy, using these technologies. If you do not agree to the use of these technologies, you should not use Turbinezon®.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites you visit. The text files can be read by these websites and used to recognize you when you return to one of the websites. There are so-called ‘persistent cookies’ and ‘session cookies’. Persistent cookies remain on your computer when you go offline, while session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
For more information about cookies, for example how to see which cookies have been set and how to block and delete cookies, please visit https://www.aboutcookies.org.
Turbinezon cookies
We use our own cookies to recognize you when you visit our website or use our apps. This means that you do not have to log in every time you visit our website. We can remember your preferences and settings.
The cookies with one or two letter names (such as “a”, “c” or “qc”) are Turbinezon cookies.
Third-party cookies
In addition to using our own cookies, we work with several reputable companies to help us analyze how the application is used, and to optimize our website and apps to provide the best user experience possible. These companies also use cookies. It concerns the following companies:
Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer
Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer are services provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use our website, our mobile site and Turbinezon® players located on third-party sites. Google Web Optimizer uses the same cookies to measure how different users react to different content. The data generated by these cookies (including your shortened IP address) is sent to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to research how you and other visitors use our website, mobile site and Turbinezon® players. Furthermore, Google compiles reports for us about website activity and provides other services related to website activity and internet usage. Note: Google only receives your shortened IP address. This is sufficient for Google to determine (approximately) from which country you are visiting our websites or accessing our players, but is not sufficient to identify you, your computer or your mobile device individually. Google cookies start with ‘__ut’. Here you will find more information, including a link to privacy policy of Google.
You can read how to opt out of this analysis by Google in the Unsubscribe section below.
Google AdWords and Google Remarketing
We use the Google AdWords online advertising program and Google Remarketing technology, both operated by Google Inc. (“Google”). To measure conversion with Google AdWords, so-called “conversion tracking cookies” are placed on the user’s device when he clicks on a Turbinezon ad provided by Google (“Ads”). The conversion tracking cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify you. Google uses a different cookie for each Google AdWords customer. The cookie data is not merged with other data. If you click on one of our Ads and go to a page with a conversion tag and the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion will be recorded. The conversion tracking cookie allows us to see the total number of conversions and thus assess the performance of our Ads. Find out more about Google AdWords here.
When you click on one of our Ads, a Google Remarketing cookie is placed. With this cookie we may serve you our Ads at a later date when you visit pages of the Google Content Network. Remarketing cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify you. For more information about Google Remarketing, click here. Google cookies start with ‘__ut’.
You can read how to opt out of the personalized ads shown by Google in the ‘Unsubscribe’ section below.
DoubleClick, Adswizz and Global
Depending on your location, we use either DoubleClick, an ad placement service operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google Ireland”), or ad networks such as AdsWizz (operated by Adswizz, Inc.) or Global (operated by Global Radio Services Limited). These service providers use cookies to make it easier for you to show you relevant and interesting advertisements. Once you use our application, your browser automatically makes information available to these service providers on our behalf, including your IP address. This information, as well as the information automatically collected by us, on our behalf or on behalf of third parties (advertisers) about your use of the application, will only be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. This allows us to show you more attractive advertisements. You can find more information about DoubleClick cookies here. Learn how to opt out of personalized ads in the Opt Out section below.
Please note that even if you opt out of interest-based advertising, you may still see ads based on factors such as your general location derived from your current IP address, the type of browser you use, and recent, previous searches related to your current search.
Quantcast Measurement
Quantcast Measurement is a visitor data measurement service provided by Quantcast Corporation (“Quantcast”). Quantcast uses cookies to help us better understand our users, and to help us keep Turbinezon® and our marketing messages relevant to your use of the application. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is sent to and stored by Quantcast on servers in the United States. Quantcast uses this information, along with information it collects from other websites you visit, to assess your behavior on the web and compile reports for us about your website activities. All information provided by Quantcast is aggregated. Quantcast does not provide us with information about your activities on other websites.
Quantcast cookies start with “__qca”.
Here you will find more information about how Quantcast collects and uses data, including a link to privacy policy by Quantcast. You can read how you can opt out of this analysis by Quantcast in the Unsubscribe section below.
ScorecardResearch
ScorecardResearch is a service provided by comScore, Inc (“comScore”). comScore uses a combination of cookies and web beacons to count the number of visitors that visit our website, our mobile site and the Turbinezon players on third-party sites. The information the cookie generates about your use of the website (including your IP address) is sent to and stored by comScore on servers in the United States. Note that comScore only stores your obfuscated IP address. This is sufficient for comScore to determine (approximately) from which country you are visiting our websites or accessing our players, but it is not sufficient to identify you, your computer or your mobile device individually.
Scorecard Research cookies start with UID and UIDR.
